Princess Parties

Evie had her family and a few friends over Saturday to celebrate her 4th birthday. She picked out the Evite we would send and it was a pink one with a princess crown so, therefore, the "theme" was set. The girls and I baked her cake on Thursday, I iced it that night, and decorated it on Friday. Eves got in on the action by putting the "sprinkles" on it Friday afternoon.
Here's the finished product
We were so blessed to have not only great weather but lots of family. MeMe got here Friday night and PaPa, B, Uncle Grayson, and his friend, Jessica, came up on Saturday. Grayson and Jessica bought both girls some "Princess Bubble Wands" which provided much entertainment before the party started.
I just loved this picture.
Daph said LeeAnne insisted on dressing the part so she obliged.
Evie posing with the cake.
MaMaw and Grandmama with the two youngest grands.
The four big girls eating on the deck.
Being serenaded
Blow them out, Eves!
Cake is always better when Grandmama feeds it to you!
Streamers and a bell for her bike from PaPa and B.
The "Little People" castle MeMe (and Grandmama and Granddaddy) gave her. Thankfully, they can have one here and one at Grandmama and Granddaddy's.
Aunt Molly blessed her with a "Belle" dress-up dress.
While opening presents, Mary Fran, Olivia, and Ruthie came out dressed up. Mary Fran was fluttering her hands because she, of course, had her wings on. She's just too much sometimes!
We had a wonderful time celebrating our Evie. She is now passed out from all the fun this weekend. Thank you to all who came we appreciate it so much!
