Last night Drew came home and told me he needed to do some "therapeutic cooking." Drew is a great cook and quite creative (areas I am lacking). I had already planned on having some shrimp we had gotten on sale Tuesday along with risotto and mango. As you can see, Drew cooked up quite a beautiful plate that was just as tasty as it was pleasing to the eye. Thanks for a wonderful meal, honey!

That looks Great! Its nice you have a husband that loves to cook & is good at it...Drew loves to cook, too! (mostly some type of pasta meal) ha!
