Quick recap - one inch of ice in our area on Christmas morning and no power. Not to worry, though, we had a great time with our kerosene heater warming us to a toasty 75 degrees.
Mom laid out all of our Christmas goodies and here are the girls enjoying them. MF woke up with an upset stomach and a quite broken out bottom, hence sitting on the pillow. :) Bless her little heart!
This boy LOVES his books. He will go in his room, take one book down, "read" it, put it in a pile, and then get another one. The theme this year appeared to be trucks.
I had made some cinnamon rolls to have Christmas morning and set them out to thaw overnight. My ingenious husband set this up so we could have a warm and delicious breakfast. Yummy!

Both girls got dress up dresses and Evie promptly put hers on. She also got a horse, or pony as she likes to say, from MeMe that she named "Laura." She has been brushed, fed, and saddled regularly.The next day we moved in with Karen and Winston for a few days and then had the Hartley Family get together. For pictures from that, you'll have to tune in tomorrow, and believe me, you want to tune in!
