GO APPS!!!!!

Today our beloved Apps opened our home season at "The Rock." We had McNeese State which is definitely not a team to take lightly. Of course, the tailgating got off in a big way and our family made our way up to the stadium to cheer on the Mountaineers!

The Wardster after some lunch eating a little pretzel snack. Yes, he has on his jersey and Carhart overalls. He's a Mountaineer for sure!

Tomorrow is Molly's 22nd birthday. The tailgating today was a combo tailgate/Molly's BD party. She did a great job blowing out the candles (they weren't lit!). Beautiful cake, though, and it's always fun to watch the Mollster on her birthday.

Just a shot of everyone enjoying the beautiful Fall weather (mid-70's, sun, and some clouds). Evie got to have a "date with Daddy" and go to the game today. Unfortunately, the Apps did not prevail today. Our defense needs to learn to tighten up. As tough as an 0-2 start is to accept, hopefully it will light a fire under our guys to come out fightin' after their week off.

As of right now, we're listening to the Carolina-UGA game online as the Gamecocks are marching down the field to win "between the hedges." Oh, the thought is almost too much to fathom! Go Cocks!
