Rrrrrrrrrr!

That's right...R was on tap today. Candace, Heath, and Joseph were getting over sickness so we certainly missed them. However, the show must go on and we had a great time with our smaller group. We learned "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" and put some moves to it (that were sort of made up on the fly!). After getting our blood flowing, we practiced writing upper and lower case "R's." They all did really well. Rainbows were up next and we read Noah's story and discussed what a rainbow in the sky actually means. We made rainbows out of torn up construction paper that were quite colorful! Rabbits were up next and we read "The Tale of Peter Rabbit" and "Easter Bunny, Are You for Real?"
Here are the rabbit puppets we made. They practiced hopping!
To help us learn right and left we played "Franny Says" (as opposed to Simon). Here are MF and Ruthie with their right feet and hands out. Evie was having a bit of a hard time and was not able to join us for this picture. Never a dull moment!
